How do I post an ad?
Simply click the link on the left bar entitled 'POST AD'.
Next you need to select the Category and Sub-Category for your advertisement.
This will bring you to a new screen in which you can enter the following information:
- Title - the main name of your Advert
- Location
- Post - the description of your product or service
- Insert a link - if you have a web page with more information then you can add the details here
- Your Email - this is needed to verify your advertisement, so please enter one that is working, otherwise your advertisement will not be displayed on the site
- You now have three options - you can choose not to display your email address at all. If you choose this option, your email address is hidden and then no-one can contact you via email.
The second option does not display your email address, but allows users to contact you by a form on the site. This has the advantage of hiding your email address, and yet allowing users to contact you.
The final option will allow your email address to shown on the advertisemnt if selected.
- If you wish to upload a picture concerning your advert you do this next.
- Leave the next checkbox blank - 'People can contact me with commercial interests'
- If you wish to go ahead and place your advert then you must click the terms checkbox
- Finally - click 'POST NOW'
You will receive a confirmation email from the site to confirm your advertisement, and within this message there will be a link to confirm your email address. This is to stop people from abusing the system. If you wish for your advert to go live on the site, then you must click this link, and that is it.
